Book Reservation :
Book your reservation at doing one month or 2 weeks before you arrive in Indonesia and we don’t serve book reservations by phone or by email suddenly on a period that day.
Term payment & condition as follows :
To avoid the hassle before departure date or on the date of arrival of your home country. 30% of the deposit or transfer payment is required prior to the arrival date. However, full prepayment will be required during the meetings service on the first day upon your arrival in Lombok, by our representatives in Indonesia. Prior to joining the selected trips, cash payments will be accepted for meeting service. All payments can be made in Rupiah (Idr), USD, Euro. Australia, dollars or Pounds, based on the exchange rate at the time of the transaction. Please pay in any currency of your country so that our banks in Indonesia will receive Rupiah.
For the secure of booking a reservation, transfer into our bank account as deposit 30%, and remaining payment after transfer by email to firstname.lastname@example.org. Please not to cut the fees of transfer from the above prices. Please you pay or to transfer in any currency of your country so that our banks in Indonesia will receive Rupiah. When you have to agree with the above discount prices, we will send pro-forma invoice to you via email, and book a reservation enough through our email, if your payment has been received in our bank account, and of course book your reservation already we block your accommodation, transport, porter and guide, so that you have scheduled in the daily operation of our office.

Cancellations and refunds :
A cancellation fee of 50% will be applied, that cancellation is made on 36 hours prior to the departure date. However, there are no refunds for cancellations within 36 hours to the departure date; or for failure to appear at the time of your departure.
Medical Information :
All participants should be fit and healthy!
It is recommended that all people with medical problems or diet restrictions please let us know as well, before departure, so they might be met. It is recommended to bring with you any medications, too, some band-aid, antibiotics, aspirin for headaches, etc. (for the tropics)
Limitation Of Liability :
We only act in the capacity of transportation companies, hotels, operators, and other, related to his schedule. Will not be responsible for loss, damage, harm, including death, change of schedule, distortions, etc that are beyond our control.

Everyone should be responsible to obtain the appropriate visa (s) and bring a valid passport at all times. All travelers to Indonesia must be in possession of a passport valid for at least six months after the date of arrival. Please note that passport and visa requirements are not the responsibility of us or your agent.

Flight, coach trips, tours and hotels other accommodations consist in your tour provided by reputation and brings its hoteliers on the conditions of their own. Western Union and moneygram do not verify anything on the form the sender fills out, not the name, not the street address, not the country, not even the gender of the receiver, it all means absolutely nothing. The clerk will not bother to check ID and will simply hand off the cash to whomever walks in the door with the MTCN# and question/answer. Neither company will tell the sender who picked up the cash, at what store location or even in what country the money walked out the door.
